ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Influencer Marketing Trainee , you’ll support the team in executing influencer campaigns from start to finish, from creator research and outreach to coordination, tracking, and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research and identify relevant creators
- Assist with creator outreach and follow-ups
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, content, and posting schedules
- Maintain campaign trackers and creator databases
- Support campaign reporting and performance tracking
- Stay updated on creators, trends, and content formats




- Help manage multiple campaigns and solve day-to-day challenges

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong communication and people skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
- Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and social media
- Curious about creators, marketing, culture, and content
- Comfortable with Google Sheets and basic data
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
