About the Role

OnO Creators is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns, manage creator relationships, and drive brand collaborations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in influencer marketing, campaign execution, brand partnerships, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and execute influencer marketing campaigns for multiple brands and clients.
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators across relevant platforms.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and brand representatives.
- Understand client requirements and develop effective influencer marketing strategies.
- Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables, and campaign budgets with influencers.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including briefing, content approvals, timelines, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal creative, sales, and account management teams.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs,



and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of content and maintain campaign quality.
- Explore new opportunities for brand collaborations and business growth.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within an influencer marketing or digital marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other creator platforms.
- Proven experience in managing influencer campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Solid networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Positive understanding of influencer pricing, campaign metrics, and performance analysis.
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and guide a team.
