Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Manager role located in Gurugram.

The Influencer Marketing

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize influencer campaigns across social platforms, from brief creation and creator selection to performance tracking and reporting. The role involves identifying and building relationships with creators, managing negotiations and contracts, and coordinating deliverables in partnership with internal creative and account teams. The person in this position will oversee marketplace rating hygiene initiatives, support creator-led UGC and content studio projects,



and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and timelines. The role also includes analyzing campaign data, refining strategy, and presenting insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media campaigns, and creator relationship management.
- Solid skills in campaign planning, performance analysis, and data-driven optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with D2C brands, and sectors such as skincare, electronics, or lifestyle is an advantage.
- Comfort using influencer marketing platforms, social media analytics tools, and basic spreadsheet/reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in an agency or brand-side marketing team and a strong interest in the creator economy.
