Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Executive to manage influencer collaborations, execute brand campaigns, and build strong relationships with social media content creators. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, and social media platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and shortlist relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, bloggers, and content creators.
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns.
- Negotiate influencer fees, collaboration terms, and campaign deliverables.
- Coordinate content creation, approvals, and campaign timelines.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain influencer databases and campaign performance reports.
- Research trending content, competitor activities,



and social media strategies.
- Work closely with internal marketing and creative teams to achieve brand objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience managing influencer collaborations and brand campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in influencer identification, outreach, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of campaign analytics, engagement metrics, and reporting.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently.
