Role OverviewLead the Industrial Engineering team to improve line efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across the factory.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct time & motion (GSD/SMV) studies and maintain accurate SMVs for all styles
- Plan and balance lines; allocate operators based on the skill matrix
- Handle capacity planning and target setting
- Monitor efficiency, DHU, and hourly output; identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement SOPs, work aids, and layout improvements
- Lead Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste
- Support recent style development, pre-production planning, and pilot runs
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, and Maintenance teams
- Train and mentor IE staff and supervisors
- Present efficiency reports and KPIs to management
- Ensure safety and sustainability compliance
