Mandate Practical experience in Tax Audit and Statutory Audit assignments

Knowledge of provisions under the Income Tax Act relevant to Tax Audit

Understanding of Companies Act provisions related to Statutory Audit

Ability to prepare: Tax Audit Reports Audit working papers Financial statements Schedules and reconciliations

Experience in vouching, verification and ledger scrutiny Knowledge of accounting standards and basic auditing standards

Preferred

Exposure to audits of companies, LLPs, trusts and partnership firms

Experience in handling scrutiny assessments and departmental notices

Familiarity with CARO reporting and Companies Act disclosures

Knowledge of GST reconciliation during audits

Ability to independently handle small and medium-sized audit assignments

Semi-qualified CA / CA Inter candidates preferred
