- Supervise nurses and ward attendants.
- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff schedules.
- Ensure all patients receive proper care and attention.
- Maintain patient records and reports correctly.
- Check cleanliness and hygiene in the ward.
- Ensure medicines, supplies, and equipment are available.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments.
- Train and guide current nursing staff.
- Follow hospital rules, policies, and safety procedures.
- Report any incidents or problems to higher authorities.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM.
- Must be registered with the Nursing Council.
