Job Position Title

IN_Senior Manager_ Oracle Fusion SCM _Advisory_ Hyderabad

Responsibilities

- 12+ Years (8+ Years in Oracle SCM)
- Lead Oracle Fusion SCM transformation programs, manage client stakeholders, drive solution design, oversee implementations, and lead large consulting teams to deliver end-to-end Supply Chain solutions.
- Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation and support engagements.
- Drive solution architecture across Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Cost Management, Planning, and Logistics modules.
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to define SCM transformation strategies.
- Manage project delivery, governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk mitigation.




- Lead requirement workshops, solution design reviews, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, data migration, and customizations.
- Mentor and manage Functional Leads, Consultants, and offshore teams.
- Support business development, solutioning, RFP responses, and practice growth initiatives.
- Required Skills

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules.
- Proven track record in multiple end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Expertise in Supply Chain business processes and digital transformation programs.
- Knowledge of FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience managing large global teams and client stakeholders.
- Solid leadership, delivery management, and consulting skills.
- Preferred

- Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Certification.
- Experience in consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, IBM, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, or HCLTech.
- MBA/Supply Chain Management certification is an added advantage.
