- HR Transformation:Develop and execute new workflows, recent and current HR processes by identifying areas for simplification and automation along with participating in benchmarking exercises for leading practices in HR operations.
- Change Management:Implement organizational change by designing target learning interventions that foster growth and development mindset of employees
- Cultural Change and Engagement:Design and execute initiatives that foster a values-driven and inclusive workplace culture along with coordination culture audits and diagnostics to assess alignment with organizational goals.
- Digitalization:Plan and manage digitalization of HR transformation, organization development interventions and optimize processes through automation.
- Diversity, Engagement and Inclusion: Adapt and implement a comprehensive DE&I; strategy that aligns with the organization's value to foster a workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Master's in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in Human Resource, Organization Development or Transformation roles.
