Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Daily Sales Accounting Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate currently pursuing a graduation degree in accounting, commerce, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day B2B daily sales accounting, doing financial operations, assisting with record-keeping, and ensuring accurate financial reporting under the guidance of senior accountants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining financial records and bookkeeping activities.
- Support in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.




- Perform account reconciliations and assist in the preparation of tax returns and filings.
- Assist with managing and tracking accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and maintaining accounting files.
- Collaborate with senior accountants to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations, standards, and internal policies.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
