Job Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor ice cream mix preparation equipment.
- Prepare ice cream mix as per approved recipes and production requirements.
- Monitor mixing time, temperature and other process parameters.
- Ensure proper handling and addition of raw materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
- Follow food safety, quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Production and QA teams.
- Maintain daily production records and report any process deviations.

Qualification: Any graduate.

Experience: 1 to 3 years in food processing / dairy / ice cream.
