Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Delivery Lead – India

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned, high-impact Director or Associate Director to lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) delivery across our India operations. This is a strategic leadership role at the intersection of functional consulting, technology implementation, and large-scale programme governance. The ideal candidate brings deep domain expertise in IBP/S&OP; processes, hands-on experience with advanced planning platforms – preferably o9 Solutions – and a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-geography transformation programmes for global clients.

You will anchor the India delivery engine, drive excellence across the full SDLC, manage senior client relationships, and build & mentor high-performing teams.

Qualifications & Experience Mandatory Requirements

● 14 – 18 years of progressive experience in supply chain consulting, IBP/S&OP; programme delivery, or enterprise planning technology.

● Proven track record of delivering 3+ end-to-end IBP or advanced planning technology implementations at global scale.





● Deep functional knowledge of integrated business planning processes: demand planning, supply planning, inventory, S&OE;, and financial planning integration.

● Hands-on implementation experience with at least one leading IBP/APS platform – o9 Solutions (strongly preferred), Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP IBP, or Anaplan.

● Strong experience in data strategy: data modelling, MDM, data governance, and analytics readiness for planning systems.

● Demonstrable cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure; familiarity with Azure data services (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, ADLS).

● Experience leading and managing large delivery teams (20+ people) across onshore and offshore locations.

● Excellent executive stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating at CxO / VP level with global clients.

● Strong command of SDLC methodologies – Agile / Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery frameworks.

Preferred / Advantageous

● Certification or advanced training in o9 Solutions platform.

● PMP, Prince2, SAFe Agile, or equivalent programme management certification.

● Experience in industries such as Consumer Goods, Retail, Life Sciences, Hi-Tech, or Industrial Manufacturing.

● Exposure to change management frameworks (Prosci / ADKAR) within large-scale transformation programmes.

● MBA or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related discipline.
