· Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise storage and backup administration.

· Solid expertise in two or more ie IBM Storage Systems IBM Storage Virtualize (Preferred), IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM), Enterprise SAN Infrastructure ○ Fibre Channel Technologies, Backup & Disaster Recovery

· Experience managing enterprise storage environments supporting mission-critical applications.

· Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.

· Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

· IBM Storage, SAN & Spectrum Protect Backup Expert to design, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise storage, SAN, and backup infrastructure.

· The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing IBM Storage systems, SAN environments, and IBM Spectrum Protect (TSM) backup solutions while ensuring high availability, data protection, disaster recovery, and optimal infrastructure performance.

· Design, configure, and manage Storage Area Network (SAN) environments.

· Administer Fibre Channel switches, zoning, LUN masking, multipathing, and storage connectivity.

· Troubleshoot SAN connectivity, performance, and hardware-related issues.

· Ensure high availability and redundancy of SAN infrastructure.

· Install, configure,



and administer IBM Spectrum Protect (IBM Tivoli Storage Manager - TSM).

· Develop and maintain enterprise backup policies and schedules.
