Scholastika Knowledge Base Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) professionals with strong curriculum knowledge and subject expertise in one or more of the following disciplines:

- Computer Science
- Economics
- Business Management
- Psychology

This is a project-based prospect to work on an international educational assessment project involving the development and review of IBDP examination-style questions through an AI-enabled assessment generation platform. The selected professionals will be responsible for evaluating, generating, and refining assessment questions to ensure subject accuracy, clarity, academic appropriateness, and alignment with IBDP curriculum requirements and assessment standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and review IBDP examination-style questions using an AI-enabled assessment platform.
- Evaluate questions for subject accuracy, clarity, quality, and appropriate cognitive demand.
- Ensure alignment with IBDP curriculum requirements, assessment structures, question formats, and assessment objectives.
- Review multiple question types and assess their suitability for IBDP learners.
- Revise or regenerate assessment questions based on feedback from Learning Experience Designers (LXDs).
- Collaborate with the instructional design team to improve assessment quality and question-generation outcomes.
- Incorporate project feedback to improve accuracy, consistency, and reduce rework.
- Meet agreed project timelines and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience.




- Strong working knowledge and experience with the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP).
- Subject expertise in at least one of the following:
- Computer Science
- Economics
- Business Management
- Psychology
- A degree in a relevant subject area or discipline.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience with assessment authoring and/or assessment content development.
- Ability to evaluate academic content objectively and maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Ability to commit to project timelines and deliver quality work independently.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience teaching or working with the IB Diploma Programme.
- Experience writing, reviewing, editing or quality-assuring IBDP examination questions.
- Familiarity with IB assessment frameworks, examination formats and assessment objectives.
- Experience in instructional design, classroom teaching or academic content development.
- Experience working with digital learning or assessment platforms.
