What you’ll do

- Run end-to-end IT hiring for developers, designers and QA, and build our employer brand, including our LinkedIn page
- Process monthly payroll, attendance and leave on Keka HRMS
- Keep us compliant on PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, gratuity and POSH,



and update HR policies in line with Gujarat and central labour laws
- Lead engagement, retention and attrition management, and run the appraisal cycle
- Draft HR documents, including offer letters, bonds, agreements and exit letters
- Manage vendors, office administration, pantry, events, and tours and travel
- Lead and mentor a small HR team

What we’re looking for

- MBA / PGDM in HR, MSW or MLW
- 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in an IT or product company
- Hands-on payroll and statutory compliance experience; Keka experience is a plus
- Strong communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati
- Someone who enjoys building processes from scratch
