Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Post job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and onboarding.
- Maintain HR records, attendance, and recruitment databases.
- Support employee engagement and HR operations.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Eligibility:
- BBA / MBA (HR) / B.Com / BA or related fields.
- Freshers and students are welcome.
