Role OverviewWe are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment, candidate sourcing and interview scheduling.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records and working-hour reports.
- Collect and verify attendance and leave data for monthly payroll processing.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents and databases.
- Support employee engagement activities and day-to-day HR operations.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR,



Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- MBA HR / pursuing HR graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Workspace.
- Positive numerical, organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, confidentiality and willingness to learn.
