Internship Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world HR experience, work closely with the founder, and build a strong foundation for a career in human resources.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates

Coordinate interviews and maintain recruitment trackers

Support onboarding and documentation processes

Help in creating job descriptions and posting on job portals





Maintain employee databases and support daily HR operations

Engage in basic policy documentation and employee engagement activities

Assist in training and coordination of new interns or team members

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR field

Prior HR-related coursework or experience is a plus (not mandatory)
