Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations and support the growing startup ecosystem at Zulton Ventures.

Responsibilities include implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating performance management and appraisal processes. The role involves handling employee relations, supporting learning and development initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws,



and assisting with HR reporting and analytics.

The Human Resources

Executive will collaborate closely with leadership and project teams to align HR practices with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanpur.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including experience with core HR functions in a dynamic environment.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations and HR Policies, with the ability to design, implement, and improve HR processes and frameworks.
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and support for a diverse workforce.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management within startups or fast-growing organizations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Robust communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with proficiency in HRIS tools and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
