Role Description

- The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Responsibilities include handling employee relations, supporting performance management processes, coordinating training initiatives, and assisting in talent acquisition activities such as screening and interviewing.
- The role will involve implementing and maintaining HR policies, payroll, and collaborating with leadership to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, requiring close interaction with teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills to oversee core HR functions and support organisational goals.
- Experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, HR documentation, and compliance with relevant labor laws.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations to address concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote engagement.
- Ability to develop, implement, and maintain HR Policies that support fair, consistent,



and transparent practices.
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Solid organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Experience with HRMS tools like Keka and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.

What we’re looking for

- Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience (required)
- Experience in an IT or software company, ideally hiring developers, QA and DevOps engineers
- Hands-on payroll experience and working knowledge of Indian labour compliance
- Comfort with HRMS tools like Keka HR and job portals such as LinkedIn and Naukri
- Clear written and spoken English, and a practical, organised way of working
- Experience in a small or fast-growing team
- Exposure to technical screening basics (knowing how to tell a React developer from a DevOps engineer)
