StarkMind Data Systems Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its recruitment team and looking for an experienced Recruiter – Lateral Hiring.

? Position: Recruiter – Lateral Hiring

? Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home

? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

? Salary Revision: Performance-based salary increment after 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end lateral recruitment across various roles.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines.

Requirements:





- Prior hands-on experience in lateral hiring is mandatory.
- Robust sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements independently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
