The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

- -Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.
- -Experience in a GCC, Global Business Services (GBS), Shared Services or multinational corporate environment.
- -Strong understanding of employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, performance management and HR operations.

- -Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and managing multiple HR priorities.

- -Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

- -Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving business workplace.

- -Partner with HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and shared services teams to ensure effective delivery of HR processes.

- -Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are consistently implemented across the assigned business or function. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational priorities.
