We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Freshers with positive communication skills and a strong interest in HR and recruitment are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Post job openings on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Source and shortlist candidates through job portals and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Support other HR activities whenever required.

Requirements
- Graduate in any stream.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
