Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Trainee to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The HR Trainee will support HR operations and recruitment activities, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in HR and develop a solid foundation in HR operations and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations:

- Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related materials, such as employee handbooks and policies.
- Support employee benefits administration and assist employees with benefit inquiries.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.

2. Compliance and Documentation:

- Help in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
- Support HR audits and compliance reporting.

3. Employee Engagement:

- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and activities.




- Assist in organizing events and programs aimed at enhancing employee morale and teamwork.

4. Recruitment Support:

- Assist in creating and posting job vacancies on job boards company platforms.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Assist in conducting initial phone screenings.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by collecting necessary documents.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree (BBA, BMS, B.Com preferred)
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Quick learner with a strong desire to grow and develop in the field of HR.
- Prior HR or recruitment experience is a plus but not required.
- This is an entry-level position, and successful completion of the HR Trainee program may lead to potential advancement within the HR department.
