Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring across functions at Basic Innovation LLP. You will working under HR Head to understand their needs, source and screen strong candidates, and close positions on time. The role suits someone with 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience who enjoys a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle: requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Work with HR Head understand role requirements and draft accurate job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine), social media, employee referrals, campus drives and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with panels,



and follow up on feedback promptly.
- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for current and future openings.

Perks and benefits Salary 3,00,000 4,20,000 per annum, based on experience and interview performance
