Role: HR Recruiter Full time

Location: Pune

Experience: 6 months- 2 years

Timing: 10am to 7pm; 6 Days a week

About the Role

Provilac is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with experience in end-to-end recruitment across both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing the recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to selection and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare or modify Job Descriptions (JDs) accordingly.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations, and candidate closures.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers,



candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned vacancies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.

Requirements

- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
- Strong hands-on experience in core end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles is mandatory.
- Valuable sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking.

Educational Qualification

- B. Com / BBA Mandatory.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources Mandatory.
