1.5 Degree is a fast-growing plant-based gelato and dessert brand with a plant at NIFTEM Kundli and QSR / retail outlets across Delhi NCR. We need an HR Executive who reports to the founders and builds a motivated, accountable team.
What you will do
- Hire rapid and well for the plant, outlets and office: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers
- Run onboarding, attendance, leave and monthly payroll inputs in our HRMS
- Set KRAs, follow up on targets and run performance reviews
- Handle PF, ESI and basic labour-law compliance
- Build team engagement and keep attrition low at outlets
What we need
- 36 years in HR, ideally in QSR, retail or a food plant
- Has done bulk hiring for outlet or shop-floor staff
- A taskmaster: follows up until the work is done
