? Key Responsibilities:

- Handle employee grievances with empathy and ensure timely resolution.
- Drive employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives.
- Manage onboarding, employee orientation, and training coordination.
- Support performance management, feedback sessions, and employee development.
- Conduct regular one-on-one employee check-ins.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership on employee welfare,



organizational development, and culture transformation.

? What We’re Looking For:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and an employee-centric approach.
- A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a people-focused culture.
