Job Summary

BEAT Education is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic HR Trainer to deliver Human Resource Management (HRM) training to students. The ideal candidate should have strong HR knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain HR concepts through practical examples and interactive sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions on Human Resource Management and HR practices.
- Teach recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee management.
- Explain HR policies, payroll, attendance management, and employee relations.
- Provide training on performance management and employee engagement.
- Teach training and development, talent management, and HR operations.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, study materials, and training activities.
- Conduct practical sessions, assignments, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Provide real-world examples and case studies related to HR practices.
- Guide students in developing HR skills and qualified competencies.




- Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress.
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback.
- Support students in career development and HR interview preparation.
- Maintain training records and submit academic reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective training delivery.

Requirements
- MBA in Human Resource Management (HR) or MHRM.
- Strong knowledge of HR concepts, policies, and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to conduct interactive and practical training sessions.
- Teaching or training experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.
