Job Purpose:

The Sr Exec/Associate Manager HR will lead and manage the complete HR Global Mobility Overseas operations and statutory compliance The role ensures smooth implementation of HR policies, employee lifecycle management, and adherence to local labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Global Mobility: Employee Lifecycl Management

- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements for all overseas geographies.
- Oversee background verification processes and ensure timely closure of cases.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including attendance, leave, standby allowance, variable pay, incentives, reimbursements, etc before monthly payroll inputs.
- Ensure accurate employee documentation and HR file management (digital and physical).
- Support employee grievance handling and ensure fair resolution in line with company policy and labour laws of the land.
- Drive employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing programs.

Global Mobility: Statutory Compliance & Governance

- Oversee and ensure compliance with all the labour laws in overseas geographies.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities for labour audits, inspections, and filings.




- Ensure accurate maintenance and submission of statutory registers and returns.

Others:

- Review and update HR policies and procedures in line with statutory changes and organizational requirements.
- Share weekly workforce report and any data needed for the leadership review.
- Maintain and enhance HRMS data accuracy for Associates travelling overseas.
- Pre-travel briefings, Deputation letters for all overseas travels be issued with accuracy of data.

Skills & Competencies:

- Ability to handle complex employee relations and ensure fair, compliant outcomes.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR data reporting and systems.
- High degree of confidentiality, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS and payroll.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
- 1012 years of progressive HR generalist experience, exposure to South African statutory and compliance frameworks preferred.
- Proven experience in payroll management, HR reporting, and labour relations.
- Experience in a multinational or matrix organization will be an advantage.
