.Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates' communication skills and experience.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Negotiate salary and discuss offer details with selected candidates.

- Manage offer releases and joining formalities.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Ensure positions are closed within the defined timelines.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
