Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR

Industry Preference: Manufacturing company experience preferred

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Summary

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across technical and non-technical departments, ensuring timely hiring and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and candidate evaluation.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate with technical HODs and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate expectations.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
- Handle recruitment for Sales, Engineering, Design, Production, Quality and other departments.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate salary discussions,



offer approvals and offer letter processing.
- Manage pre-joining follow-ups, candidate documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and hiring reports.
- Assist with general HR activities such as onboarding, employee documentation and other HR operations as required.

Candidate Profile
- 3–7 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Experience in technical and sales hiring will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and coordinate with different departments.
- Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
