Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely closure of open positions across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to offer rollout.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
