Job Title: HR Recruiter (Immediate Hiring)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and human resource management.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.





Requirements

- Any degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and meet recruitment targets.
- Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
