An HR Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates, acting as the primary link between hiring managers and job seekers

Key Responsibilities

- Job Analysis & Sourcing: Partner with managers to write job descriptions, post vacancies on job boards, and source active and passive talent via platforms like LinkedIn.
- Screening & Interviews: Review resumes, administer preliminary assessments, and conduct phone, video, or in-person interviews.
- Candidate Management: Maintain communication, coordinate interview schedules, and manage candidate
- Offers & Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and coordinate background checks or reference verifications
