HR Pre-Boarding Responsibilities

Coordinating with selected candidates before their joining.

Collecting and verifying candidate documents.

Following up with candidates regarding joining dates.

Sharing offer letters and pre-joining instructions.

Maintaining candidate records and pre-boarding trackers.

Coordinating with internal teams for joining formalities.

Ensuring candidates are updated about the joining process.

Tracking candidate confirmation and managing dropouts.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
