- Fielding all incoming help requests from clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Documenting all pertinent end-user identification information, including name, department, contact information and nature of problem or issue.
- Identifying and learning appropriate product details to facilitate better client interaction and troubleshooting.
- Recording, tracking, and documenting all queries received and problem-solving steps taken.
- Following standard processes and procedures to resolve all client queries as per SLAs.
- Maintaining logs and records of all customer queries as per standard procedures and guidelines.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and providing best-in-class support.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: Any Graduate is eligible (Except http://B.Tech / B.E.)
- Communication:
Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal) is mandatory.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in International / US Process / HR Operations preferred. Freshers with excellent communication can also apply.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in Fixed Evening / Night Shift (5:30 PM to 3:00 AM) - 5 Days Working (Mon-Fri).
- Skills Required: Positive interpersonal skills, strong documentation skills, and basic knowledge of MS Office.
