#Hiring | HR Operations Executive | Thane

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations skilled to join a growing organisation in the technology and engineering solutions industry.

Location: Thane, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll, attendance, leave and F&F; settlements.
- Handle PMS, appraisal cycles and performance reviews.
- Manage statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT and labour laws.
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews and offer rollouts.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards and reports.
- Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle and HR documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist / Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with PMS and recruitment coordination.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
- Familiarity with HRMS and payroll software.
