Role Description The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for the Kolkata office. This full-time, on-site role will manage HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

The HR Manager will handle payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and benefits administration, while supporting workforce planning and organizational development. Daily responsibilities include partnering with leadership and project teams,



addressing employee concerns, driving engagement initiatives, and supporting training and development programs.

Qualifications

- Strong HR operational skills, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience with HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
- Proficiency in payroll coordination, attendance management, and basic HR analytics or reporting tools.
- Effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work in a agile, project-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in design, construction, or related industries.
- Comfort working on-site in Kolkata and collaborating closely with designers, project managers, and leadership.
