WE'RE HIRING: HR MANAGER – HR OPERATIONS & TALENT ACQUISITION

CliniLaunch Research Institute is looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR functions.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4–5 Years

CTC: Up to ₹7-9 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage HRMS platforms, employee databases, and HR software.
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and full & final settlements.
- Handle statutory compliance, PF, ESI, PT, and labour law requirements.
- Manage performance appraisals, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Implement and streamline HR policies and processes.

What We're Looking For:

- Strong hands-on experience in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.




- Good knowledge of HRMS / HR software.
- Practical experience in payroll, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong Excel, MIS reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete HR function.
