Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

- Source and shortlist candidates through various recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.

HR Operations

- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support day-to-day HR administrative activities.

Employee Engagement

- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Support internal employee initiatives and communication.

HR Administration & Compliance





- Provide general HR administrative support.
- Assist with HR documentation and compliance-related activities.
- Candidate Requirements
- Academic Excellence: Minimum 75% throughout academics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proactive Learner: Enthusiasm to learn and explore different HR functions.
