Roles & Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow-ups.

Schedule interviews and maintain candidate databases.

Handle recruitment-related calls and WhatsApp communication.

Support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Update recruitment trackers and daily progress reports.

Work towards assigned recruitment targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Any degree / MBA HR graduates or pursuing graduates.





Freshers interested in HR and Recruitment.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Willingness to learn and achieve targets.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
