Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship provides an prospect to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and other HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions across various platforms.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.




- Assist with onboarding and documentation processes for new employees.
- Learn and stay updated on recruitment practices and talent acquisition trends.

Qualifications and Skills

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed is an added advantage.
- Valuable interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
