Where you'll work
GeminiSoft builds websites, web apps, mobile apps and AI tools for clients across India, and runs a few products of its own. You join a small team, work on live client projects from week one, and see the result ship.

What you'll do
- Support onboarding, documentation and employee records
- Help prepare offer letters, policies and HR reports
- Coordinate with managers on attendance, leave and basic compliance
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication
- Take on small HR projects with a clear owner and a clear end
What we need from you
- Pursuing or recently completed an MBA, BBA or related degree, with HR interest
- Explicit written and spoken English
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets
- Careful with detail and respectful with confidential information
Nice to have
- Prior HR or admin internship
- Basic knowledge of Indian labour law and payroll
- Familiarity with HRMS tools
- Fluency in one more Indian language
How we hire Initial screen (45 min, video) → take-home or live exercise scoped to the role (≤ 4 hours) → on-site / video panel with the team you'd join → offer within 7 days of the panel. We share feedback at every stage, whether you proceed or not.
