Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday: WFH)

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Overview

IIM SKILLS is looking for an HR Intern with prior recruitment experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across different job roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end to end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates at every stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and candidate databases.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of assigned positions.
- Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
- Work on recruitment targets and ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates.

Requirements





- Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
