CoderWing Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in starting their careers in Human Resources. As an HR Intern, candidates will get practical exposure to recruitment activities, candidate management, interview coordination, and HR operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview schedules.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support daily HR and recruitment activities.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and recent graduates can apply.




- Graduate in HR, Management, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
