HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (HRBP)

We are looking for a proactive, people-centric HR professional who can take end-to-end ownership of employee-related initiatives and act as a key bridge between employees, management and business stakeholders.

The role will focus on driving the overall employee experience, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring seamless execution of people-related processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage the employee journey from onboarding, integration and engagement to retention and exit.

- Employee Engagement &
- Experience:

Drive employee engagement activities, recognition programmes, cultural initiatives and workplace events.

- Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances and workplace matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

- HR Business Partnering: Work closely with business leaders and employees to understand people-related challenges and provide practical HR solutions.

- Performance &





- Talent Management:

Coordinate performance reviews, feedback discussions, employee development initiatives and retention strategies.

- Culture &

- People Initiatives:

Drive initiatives that promote collaboration, employee well-being, communication and a positive work environment.

- HR Policies &

- Processes:

Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, employee communications and people-related processes.

- Ownership &

- Execution:

Independently drive HR projects and initiatives from conceptualisation to successful execution, ensuring timely delivery and strong employee participation.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is approachable, solution-oriented, highly organised and hands-on, with robust interpersonal skills and the ability to independently drive multiple people initiatives while building trusted relationships across the organisation.
