About the Company

Qbay Careers is a UK-based company providing career guidance and professional support to candidates across different countries. We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking HR Executive / Interviewer to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for recruitment activities, conducting interviews, and delivering mock interview and demo interview sessions for international candidates, particularly those based in the UK, Ireland, and Germany.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial and online interviews.
- Conduct mock interviews and demo interview sessions for candidates from the UK, Ireland, and Germany.
- Guide candidates on interview preparation and professional communication.
- Evaluate candidates' communication skills, confidence, and interview performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates after mock interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with international candidates.




- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth recruitment and interview processes.

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in conducting interviews and mock interview sessions.
- Good communication, evaluation, and candidate-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Ability to interact professionally with international candidates.
- Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in HR, recruitment, training, or interviewing.
- Experience conducting mock interviews or demo sessions.
- Robust public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle candidates from different cultural backgrounds.

Experience: Freshers / Experienced Language: Fluent English is mandatory

Work Type: Full-Time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
