HR Executive – We are looking for a proactive, energetic and result-oriented HR Executive with experience in hardcore recruitment and HR generalist activities.
Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Presales, CRM, Civil, Marketing, Finance and Support functions. Source, screen and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer closures and candidate joining.
Achieve monthly recruitment and joining targets. Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, leave and exit formalities. Support payroll coordination, HR policies, employee engagement and HR MIS reporting.
