We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, and payslip distribution.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and company SOPs.
- Manage employee engagement, grievance handling, and employee communication.




- Coordinate performance reviews, PIP processes, and employee feedback.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain trackers, and coordinate with management.
- Ensure smooth employee lifecycle management from onboarding to exit.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA in HR is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
- Robust organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
